Giving presentations and training sessions has never been my strong point. I've always received feedback that I'm too concise and unclear in my explanations. I needed to design a training course for a multinational company that was involved in changing some processes, and I was having a lot of difficulty incorporating storytelling techniques and tools into a technical training course. Trinaxp taught me how to build the training in a way that would be dynamic and engage my audience, both during the presentation and in the process changes they would need to engage in later.

I discovered I was a Learning Experience Designer after 15 years creating hundreds of courses, workshops, and immersive programs. I’m a specialist in Social Psychology and in Neuroscience Applied to Education. But I’ve always had an interdisciplinary soul - and honestly, I can’t go a day without studying something new.

Even if you already have something prepared (and just need a few tweaks), the first step is to map out what makes the most sense — for you, your audience, and your business. In other words, inside FItD, we’ll figure out together which idea is the most viable for your current moment.

We’ll develop your project over the course of 5 sessions, which can take place weekly or every other week — depending on your availability and goals.

That means our work together can last from a month and a half to three months All sessions are recorded and available for you to review for 6 months after we begin. I also offer support via WhatsApp or email throughout your first group launch.

Also after your first delivery is complete, we’ll have a follow-up session, to look at what worked best, what can be improved, and what new opportunities might come from it.
