How does Course Audit works

Hey, I'm Érica

The curious mind behind TRINA — a project born to turn those who are already experts in their fields to really teach. muito melhor.

I discovered I was a Learning Experience Designer after 15 years creating hundreds of courses, workshops, and immersive programs. I’m a specialist in Social Psychology and in Neuroscience Applied to Education. But I’ve always had an interdisciplinary soul - and honestly, I can’t go a day without studying something new.

Just like you, I know Education is crucial for Change.

At Trina, I design learning paths that value those who teach as much as respect the learners.

I’ve helped dozens of professionals turn their knowledge into strategic, light, and uniquely authentic learning experiences.

If you’ve already organized the structure, scripts, materials, and other elements of your course (or any other learning experience), the Diagnostic can help you start off on the right foot.

The difference between a Course Audit for something that’s already been tested and one that’s still on paper (as long as it’s well organized) is that we work with a different kind of information — not necessarily better, just different.

Course Audit is meant to evaluate and improve one specific learning experience  — such as a course, ebook, mentorship program, etc. If you have more than one offer you’d like to improve, we’ll do a separate Diagnostic for each one.

No! It’s also for those who want to structure mentorships, workshops, ebooks, or support programs. You bring your expertise, and together we’ll find the best way to shape and package it.

Lesson plans, videos (if any), slides, flows, support materials, logical sequence, facilitation strategies… everything that’s part of the learning experience. Including prep work and any follow-up actions for your students.

The investment for the Course Audit includes:

  • A deep analysis of your materials and how you lead your sessions
  • One live session with a personalized action plan
  • A practical task focused on implementation
  • Asynchronous feedback to make sure everything makes sense in real life

It’s a focused process with direct impact on the quality of your delivery — and on your students’ experience.

The investment varies depending on the size of the project, starting at €150.

Yes! You’ll receive asynchronous feedback with practical guidance and adjustments.

A strong one-on-one program also needs to be strategically structured.

If you feel like you’re spending too much time trying to organize each session, going in circles with your clients, and losing their engagement along the way — the Course Audit will help you fix that.
